Welcome to South West Psychology. At South West Psychology I provide compassionate and evidence-based treatment, tailored to adults, adolescents, and children aged 7 and above. Face to face and telehealth services are available to residents of Dunsborough, Yallingup, Cowaramup, Margaret River and beyond.
South West Psychology provides a safe and confidential environment where clients are able to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviours free from judgment. Whether grappling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, or simply aspiring towards personal growth and self-discovery, I am committed to accompanying individuals on their journey.
Employing a client-centered approach, I customise therapeutic techniques to align with the unique needs and objectives of each individual. Drawing from both evidence-based practices and personal experience with mental health challenges, I aim to equip clients with practical tools and insights aimed at nurturing resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering meaningful connections.
